eOS · Early access

A local CxO operating system for founders.

eOS is a macOS app in development, designed to help founders work across finance, product, technology, and operations with capable smaller AI models running locally.

The founder problem

One company. Too many executive functions.

Early-stage founders move between strategy, product, finance, technology, and operations every day. Cloud AI can help, but repeated context, variable costs, and fragmented conversations create new work of their own.

The operating system

Business context, available locally.

eOS is designed to organise local company context and bring focused executive perspectives to the work in front of the founder. It prepares analysis, options, and next steps; the founder decides what moves.

  • ProductCustomer problems, priorities, and decisions
  • TechnologyArchitecture, delivery, risk, and cost
  • OperationsPlans, dependencies, and follow-through

Founder economics

Use powerful AI without making every routine task a cloud bill.

By using capable smaller models locally for suitable work, eOS is designed to reduce routine dependence on cloud AI. Cloud services may still be used where a future workflow requires them; eOS is not presented as universally offline.

Founder authority

Prepared by the system. Approved by the founder.

Different perspectives can challenge a decision, but eOS does not replace founder judgement. Important actions remain visible and under human control.

Early access

Help shape eOS around real founder work.

Share what you are building and where executive workload is slowing you down. Suitable early users will be contacted directly; a request does not guarantee timing or access.
