No investment offer or commitment.

Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or commitment to buy or sell an investment, provide funding, or enter a transaction. An enquiry does not create an investor relationship, promise a response, or commit Booey Ventures to invest.

Products and early access.

Descriptions of eOS concern a product in development. Features, timing, access, and availability may change. An early-access request does not guarantee access, timing, support, or a commercial relationship.

Co-building enquiries.

A proposal does not create a partnership, employment, fiduciary, or other formal relationship. Any collaboration or investment requires separate written agreement.

Intellectual property.

The site design, branding, text, and original materials belong to Booey Ventures or their respective licensors. You may view and share links to the public site, but you may not copy, republish, misrepresent, or commercially exploit its materials without permission.

Acceptable use.

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use automated means in a way that unreasonably burdens the service.

Third-party services.

Links and services provided by third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Booey Ventures does not control their availability or content.

Availability and liability.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Booey Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or reliance on, this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
